IUHD invites students from HEIs of Turkmenistan to participate at IUHD MUN 2024

The International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD) invites students from the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Turkmenistan to participate in the IUHD Model United Nations 2024. Scheduled for May 28, 2024, this prestigious academic simulation will be held at IUHD on the occasion of the United Nations General Assembly's recent resolution declaring 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust," which was initiated by Turkmenistan.

The IUHD MUN 2024 will be conducted in English, and will present an exciting opportunity for students to engage in diplomatic role-play, representing various United Nations member states. By assuming these roles, participants will delve into critical global issues, fostering diplomacy and nurturing young talent.

The competition holds particular significance in the celebration of the 300-year anniversary of Magtymguly Pyragy in Turkmenistan under the motto "2024 - Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy". It promises to kindle enthusiasm for diplomacy among Turkmenistan's youth, providing a platform to showcase their skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
