25th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2018)

From 21- 28 July , 2018 students of IUHD participated 25th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2018) . Competition was Organized by American University of Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. The official language of the competition was English.

The competition was two days. In each day competitors were given 5 problems and 5 hours to solve them. 

The competition was held between Bachelor students who interested in mathematics.

Competition problems were in the following areas: mathematical analysis (real and complex),number theory, probability theory and combinatorics, linear and abstract algebra. 

1st year students of International Economics and Management faculty Perman Iljanov and Dovlet Rozyyev, 2nd year student of Information Technologies faculty Gurbangeldi Gurbangeldiyev won Silver medal. 

3rd year students of International Economics and Management faculty Shahlo Hasanova won Bronze medal. 

As member of  National Team of Turkmenistan participated also students from  Magtymguly Turkmen State University, Turkmen State institute of Architecture and Construction, Turkmen Agricultural Institute and  The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.
