28th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2021)

From 2nd to 7th August, 2021 students of IUHD participated 28th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2021). Competition was Organized by University College London, UK and American University of Bulgaria, Bulgaria. The official language of the competition was English.

The competition was two days. In each day competitors were given 4 problems and 4 hours to solve them. 

The competition was held among Bachelor students who interested in mathematics.

Competition problems were in the following areas: Mathematical analysis (real and complex), Geometry, Probability theory and Combinatorics, Linear and abstract algebra. 

3rd year student of International Economics and Management faculty Oguldondi Gulyyeva won Silver medal. 

2nd year student of International Economics and Management faculty Aygul Begenjova and 2nd year student of Information technologies faculty Muhammetnur Bagbekov won Bronze medal.
