University Students Online Olympiad in English for Specific Purposes

University Students Online Olympiad in English for Specific Purposes was held at International University for the Humanities and Development on 15-20.11. 2021.

The Olympiad was organized by International University for the Humanities and Development in cooperation with Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The Olympiad was held among university students of Turkmenistan who are interested in English specifically for their major. The Olympiad was three Categories: A, B and C. Category A is for students majoring in Humanitarian Sciences, Category B is for students majoring in Engineering and technology and Category C is for students majoring in Economics and Management.

In the Olympiad participated students from International University for the Humanities and Development, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, Myrat Garryyev Turkmen State Medical University, Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmamed Azadi, Turkmen State Institute of Finance, Turkmen Agricultural University Named after S.A.Niyazov, INSTITUTE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS OF TURKMENISTAN,  Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, The Institute of engineering-technical and transport communications of Turkmenistan, The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, Turkmen Agricultural  Institute, Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sport and Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S.Seydi. 

Total number of participants 300 student.
