29th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2022)

From 1st to 7th August, 2022 students of IUHD participated 29th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2022). Competition was Organized by University College London, UK and American University of Bulgaria, Bulgaria. The official language of the competition was English.

The competition was two days. In each day competitors were given 4 problems and 4 hours to solve them.

The competition was held among Bachelor students who interested in mathematics.

Competition problems were in the following areas: Mathematical analysis (real and complex), Geometry, Probability theory and Combinatorics, Linear and Abstract algebra.

3rd year student of Information technologies faculty Muhammetnur Bagbekov won Gold medal.

3rd year student of International Economics and Management faculty Aygul Begenjova and Kuvvatmammet Hajyyev won Bronze medal.

3rd year student of Information technologies faculty Parahat Iljanov, 3rd year student of International Economics and Management faculty Akja Potdyyeva and 1st year students of International Economics and Management faculty Dovletmyrat Esenov and Azymgeldi Shyhov won Honorable mention.
