30th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2023)

From 30 July to 6th August, 2023 students of IUHD participated 30th International Mathematics Competition for University Students (IMC-2023). Competition was Organized by University College London, UK and American University of Bulgaria, Bulgaria. The official language of the competition was English.

The competition was two days. In each day competitors were given 5 problems and 5 hours to solve them.

The competition was held among Bachelor students who interested in mathematics.

Competition problems were in the following areas: Mathematical analysis (real and complex), Geometry, Probability theory and Combinatorics, Linear and Abstract algebra.

3rd year student of Information technologies faculty Myratgeldi Annamuhammedov won Silver medal.

2nd year student of Information technologies faculty Medine Odayeva and 1st year student of International Economics and Management faculty Nurmyrat Atayev won Honorable mention.
